  1. Substructure is completed.

  2. Superstructure - 30th floor in progress

  3. Block works 25th - 26th floor in progress.

  4. Plaster works 23rd - 24th floor in progress.

  5. Façade works Elevation 1, 2, 6, 7 & 8 in progress.

  6. Subsequent activities like MEP & Finishing works are in progress in parallel to the structural work.

  7. Mock-up apartments works completed in second floor.

  8. Third Floor finishing works in all apartments to be completed by September First week
