  1. Substructure is completed.

  2. Superstructure is completed.

  3. Block works completed.

  4. Plaster works completed.

  5. Façade works completed.

  6. Podium & Ground Floor works completed.

  7. MEP final fix & Finishing works are in progress.

  8. Breaching inlet approved by DCD.

  9. Structural works in roof completed.

  10. All MEP long lead items recevied and installed.

  11. LV inspection by DEWA done

  12. DCD 1st inspection done.
