HIGH ALERT NOTICE – Fraud Communication

Dear Valued Customers/Partners,

We are writing to you to inform you about a recent malicious attempt to compromise our system. This is not unique to us and has been noticed as a widespread global challenge faced by popular companies during the pandemic as most of the businesses are operating remotely.

We want to inform you that we got alerted immediately about the attempts and no damage has been recorded as we maintain a high security IT infrastructure protected with best in the industry firewalls. As a matter of urgency, we also immediately shut down the servers and the network to ensure further safety.

We have also hired top class cyber security company to perform a full system check, infrastructure review and we will be performing penetration test before we bring back most of our services. We are taking these necessary measures for your safety and you might experience temporary delay in attending your request.

We have also registered the case at 23:22 hrs on 05/05/2020 at eCrime, the Cyber Crime division of Dubai Police to pursue it further.

HOW CAN YOU BE AFFECTED & WHAT YOU MUST DO? 

Generally, the main aim of such fraudsters/hackers is to create a financial loss for you. The fraudsters might try to contact you through illegitimate emails or phone calls very similar to that of Danube Properties. You must carefully check the details before acting on it and report any such suspicious communication without any delay. We want to remind you that the legitimate Email addresses from Danube Properties must only end with the registered domain danubeproperties.ae
